L’adesione al MoVimento non prevede formalità maggiori rispetto alla registrazione ad
un normale sito Internet. Il MoVimento è aperto ai cittadini italiani maggiorenni che non
facciano parte, all’atto della richiesta di adesione, di partiti politici o di associazioni aventi oggetto o finalità in contrasto con quelli sopra descritti.
La richiesta di adesione al MoVimento verrà inoltrata tramite Internet; attraverso di essa, l’aspirante Socio provvederà a certificare di essere in possesso dei requisiti previsti
al paragrafo precedente.
Nella misura in cui ciò sia concesso, sulla scorta delle vigenti disposizioni di legge, sempre attraverso la Rete verrà portato a compimento l’iter di identificazione del richiedente, l’eventuale accettazione della sua richiesta e l’effettuazione delle relative comunicazioni.
La partecipazione al MoVimento è individuale e personale e dura fino alla cancellazione
dell’utente che potrà intervenire per volontà dello stesso o per mancanza o perdita dei
requisiti di ammissione.

raccolta di fondi destinati a finanziare singole iniziative o manifestazioni.

ARTICOLO 7 – PROCEDURE DI DESIGNAZIONE
DEI CANDIDATI ALLE ELEZIONI
In occasione ed in preparazione di consultazioni elettorali su base nazionale, regionale o
comunale, il MoVimento 5 Stelle costituirà il centro di raccolta delle candidature ed il
veicolo di selezione e scelta dei soggetti che saranno, di volta in volta e per iscritto, autorizzati all’uso del nome e del marchio “MoVimento 5 Stelle” nell’ambito della propria
partecipazione a ciascuna consultazione elettorale.
Tali candidati saranno scelti fra i cittadini italiani, la cui età minima corrisponda a quella
stabilita dalla legge per la candidatura a determinate cariche elettive, che siano incensurati e che non abbiano in corso alcun procedimento penale a proprio carico, qualunque sia la natura del reato ad essi contestato.
L’identità dei candidati a ciascuna carica elettiva sarà resa pubblica attraverso il sito
internet appositamente allestito nell’ambito del blog; altrettanto pubbliche, trasparenti
e non mediate saranno le discussioni inerenti tali candidature.
Le regole relative al procedimento di candidatura e designazione a consultazioni elettorali nazionali o locali potranno essere meglio determinate in funzione della tipologia di
consultazione ed in ragione dell’esperienza che verrà maturata nel tempo.
