2. Motive
• The flow of refugees is constantly increasing. These people need to be
housed. However, often no suitable housing is available.
• The housing of refugees is often of limited duration.
• Building new shelters or conversion of available accommodation is often
expensive and time consuming.
• Refugee Rescue is able to deliver suitable shelters in short time and
thereby provide an additional package of services.

3. About RR
• The vision of RR is that everyone has a right to shelter and a safe haven.
• It is the mission of Refugee Rescue to provide a safe haven
with all living facilities they need to people in need.
• RR specializes in setting up shelters and villages for refugees who are
completely self-sufficient.
• RR is distinguished by its ability to offer a total package of housing to medical
care and do so in a short time.
• RR uses by 4HUMAN SHELTER developed shelters which distinguish
themselves by the unique and environmentally conscious materials with which
they are built.

self-sufficient
•The kitchen functions as the engine room of the Refugee Shelter-© and is the
element to create a self-sufficient shelter.
•All the units have a dimension of 2.5 x 2 meters. The units are fireproof and
super insulated. The shelter materials are reusable or fully recyclable.
•The proposed configuration works entirely on solar energy.
Kitchen unit (all used components are CE approved):
• 900Wp solar panels.
• 220V for light, refrigerator, heating, hot water and cooking.
• Kitchen (sink and cooking facilities).
• Hot and cold water (no drinking water).
• Rainwater Storage
Room unit (s):
• 220V for light and TV
• Sleeping possibilities: 2x bunk bed or 2x single bed or double bed.

13. The village
• The shelters are entirely self-sufficient, but they can also be connected to the
water and power supply.
• For 1000 refugees 250 units will be built (avg. 4 persons per shelter).
• In the design of the village is taken into account routes and access for
emergency services.
• If desired, the village can be easily extended with additional shelters and
common areas.
In addition, the village can be extended with:
• Children's play areas, basketball court.
• Public space, internet cafe, school.
• Medical rooms.
• Grocery Store.
• Church / Mosque.
• Security Area.

• The shelters are constructed per district, 60 pieces.
• The walls, floors and roofs are manufactured in Roosendaal, The
Netherlands
• The assembly will be carried out on location.
• The shelters are inhabitable directly after building.
• Production lines start-up takes 14 days.
• Per district the lead time is 60 days.
• The public areas have different construction periods depending on
requirements.
