Easynet Ltd employed Morgan Erkhagen as a full time Service Delivery Coordinator from 17th
March 2015 to June 2016.
Whilst in this position he played a vital role within the team and constantly exceeded any
expectations required of him. He worked in an office away from the rest of the team but at no
point did this affect his attitude towards the role, and he still made himself integral within the
team.
On a daily basis Morgan would look after any bespoke automated ceases and ensure these were
correct from both a customer and carrier side. His main role was in validating and raising
requests on our system from receipt through to conclusion. He was the last stage of an extensive
validation process meaning he needed to be more diligent than most to ensure no accidental loss
of customer connectivity and was more than capable in this role.
Morgan is quiet but hard-working, he’s also very attentive with detail and persistent when faced
with problems. If the opportunity arose I wouldn’t hesitate to re-employ Morgan, he would be
more than welcome back in the team.
