Letter of Recommendation
To whom it may concern:
I worked with Hussam Reda when he was responsible for IT support at Telecel Globe Limited, an
Orascom Telecom subsidiary. I feel that I have a good appreciation for the work that Hussam is capable
of since as Director of Business Development at the time, I had the opportunity to make use of his
services on what was almost a daily basis.
It was a pleasure to deal with someone as agreeable and conscientious as Hussam – he always tackled
even the most complicated issues with cheerful disposition and little fanfare, and kept to the task until a
satisfactory solution was found. I was always impressed that Hussam’s ambition went beyond the call of
his job description. He was consistently working long hours on his own time (and at his own expense)
toward self-improvement, obtaining additional training and certificates in order to broaden his
knowledge of the trade.
When Hussam arrived at Telecel, there was limited structure and organization to the IT function – at
least from a user’s perspective – and within a short time, he had installed practices and support
resources that made many complicated tasks and systems more user-friendly. But beyond his technical
prowess, Hussam demonstrated that he has the right attitude – he has a genuine concern for the
efficiency and productivity of his co-workers.
It is a pleasure to have known and worked with Hussam, and I recommend him unreservedly for similar
positions of increasing responsibility.
