I have known Mr. Hussam Reda from 2001-2005, when working at Olympic Group in Cairo as Oil Filled Radiator
Factory Manager. During these years I have been the manager for Mr. Reda and observed him on various Technical &
IT issues. The work environment was very challenging as the Factory was producing a new product (Gas Water
Heaters) and many of the IT infrastructure needed to be initiated or developed.
Mr. Reda helped me & the factory extensively not only on managing Technical & IT related issues but also on other
matters such as making high quality manual and user guide for the after sales technical services and in giving training
to them too. It was also noticed his hard efforts made at the time the factory was having his ISO certification. I was
