Dr. Reem Kheri is joining a diploma program in hospital management to gain better job opportunities and learn about the administrative processes in health institutions. Organizations are defined as two or more people working together to produce goods or services. The life cycle of any organization includes start up, growth, plateauing, and renewal or decline phases, which is similar to the human life cycle except organizations can renew while humans cannot. Factors affecting hospitals include internal factors like human resources and external factors in the social, economic, and political environment.
