ABOUT US
Red Bana Services is an exceptional leader in providing high standard facilities services for all types
of building environments in the UAE. Our management giving importance to the quality of services
provided to clients, company quality management system and health and safety of its employees.
The Operational Management and Supervisory Team collectively represents well over 15 years of
contract services experience, the majority of which has been gained in Dubai and the Gulf region.
We will carry out what we say we will do to meet expectations. We only promise what we can deliver
and if we make a mistake we rectify .Customer Care and Liaison are key factors in our company
operations. “We Listen”. We work with our customers in a collaborative flexible manner to create a
lasting partnership. We have Policies and Quality Controls to cover all aspects of our operations with
a 24/7 operations centre and full insurance coverage requirements.
Due to our rigorous recruitment and selection process criteria through Government approved
agents, our personnel are fully aware of the terms and conditions that they can expect whilst
working in Dubai, before they arrive. The Company provides medical facilities for all staff and has
arrangements with various clinics appropriate to the accommodation locations. The Management
Team and Support Supervisors have individual communications units for direct access and liaison
from clients as required. The full Operational Team, in conjunction with AFSMS H.O. personnel
covering HRSS, PRO and Accounts are available to immediately act or respond to any commercial or
contractual issue that may arise.

Pest Management (IPM) is a control
strategy that uses an array of
complementary methods: Inspection and
Identification, mechanical and physical
devices for monitoring, biological and
cultural management and as a last resort
chemical management. This technique
allows for a reduced impact of chemicals
to the environment, non-target pests,
pets and people. We have developed an
Integrated Pest Management
Model that all service personnel and
managers are trained to utilize. It is a

Our management giving importance to the quality of services provided to clients, company quality management system and health and safety of its employees. The Operational Management and Supervisory Team collectively represents well over 15 years of contract services experience, the majority of which has been gained in Dubai and the Gulf region. We will carry out what we say we will do to meet expectations. The Company provides medical facilities for all staff and has arrangements with various clinics appropriate to the accommodation locations. The Management Team and Support Supervisors have individual communications units for direct access and liaison from clients as required. The full Operational Team, in conjunction with AFSMS H.O. personnel covering HRSS, PRO and Accounts are available to immediately act or respond to any commercial or contractual issue that may arise.
