Matthew Rodgers worked as a student consultant at the ITC Computing Help Desk from 2003 to 2005. I’m writing today to gladly make a recommendation for Matthew Ryan Rodgers.
I’ve known Matthew since August of 2003. Since that time, Matthew has worked here as a
Student Consultant at the ITC Computing Help Desk. Matthew has always been very good
at his job. The primary focus of our job is outstanding customer service (both in person and
on the telephone) and Matthew provided that, all comments I received about him were
superlative.
Matthew was a key player in the creation of the Student Help Desk Guide that new students
use when starting work here at the ITC Help Desk. He also was looked up to by other
students who worked along side him here at the ITC Help Desk. He helped train new
students as well.
I’ve always known Matthew to be a hard worker and willing to learn. I’m sure that he’ll be
successful in his chosen profession, whether that would be a psychologist or a corporate
chief technology officer.
Matthew is very good at applying himself to a problem. He is also very good at diagnosing
problems. He is very interested in seeing a problem through to its conclusion and he’s
willing to take on any task I give him.
In short, Matthew displayed a strong work ethic in his job here with ITC and I’m certain that
this will serve him well as he pursues his dream.
