To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to bring awareness to Mr. Ramirez who has exemplified exceptional understanding
of Architectural project management. Our firms recently collaborated together on the Mystique
& Running Creek Casino projects, which he was the Project Architect.
As an outside design consultant, we have had the privilege to collaborate with many outstanding
project architects. Having worked directly with Mr. Ramirez, I consider his leadership
outstanding, and therefore deserving to be part of this select group of exceptional Architectural
leaders.
Closely working with Mr. Ramirez on the Mystique & Running Creek projects, allowed our firm
to fully appreciate his team organization, clear communication and his attention to the many
project details. We appreciate his “Fully Engaged Team” approach, encouraging open
communication and the sharing of fresh ideas with ALL team members.
Undoubtedly Mr. Ramirez’s clients, their guests, employees and ownership of both properties
have benefited greatly because of his strong leadership, creativity and direction.
