Thomas Nordholm, born 25.08.73, was employed as Country Manager in Telavox Norway
during the period of 15.11.2015 to 31.05.2017.
He had the responsibility of establishing the Norwegian organization from scratch, incl. HQ
and local offices, recruitment of sales leaders and sales reps, routines and processes,sales
training and competence development, negotiations with suppliers,and daily follow-up and
operation of the day-to-day business.
In addition he had the responsibility for follow-up and feedback regarding PR/Marketing,
Product strategy,HR and Legal matters for the Norwegian part of the business.
Thomas established the Norwegian organization in record time and outperformed the budget
already from start (the budget for 2016 was 20 MNOK).
The size of the Norwegian organization was approx. 40 employees at the end of 2016.
As a member of the Nordic Sales Management team, Thomas reported directly to the Chief
Commercial Officer.
Thomas is recognized as an action-oriented and results-driven leader with strong business
acumen and sales proficiency.
Due to a centralization of leadership to Sweden, Thomas chose pursue new opportunities and
challenges outside of Telavox.
