To Whom It May Concern:
I am the owner of Making Waves, Inc. which is a small group of retail stores at the
Jersey Shore, I employee many young women. I was very fortunate to have the
opportunity to work with Melissa Mitt for two years. She began her employment at
Making Waves as a sales associate and was promoted to assistant manager, then to store
manager, which is the position, she held until her departure.
As a store manager Melissa’s duties included interviewing, hiring, firing, discipline
and scheduling of her staff of approximately six employees. She was also responsible for
the flow of inventory and merchandising. Melissa handled the paperwork, reporting,
banking and the general operations of the store.
Melissa approached her job with enthusiasm and skill. She was willing to learn and to
take on more responsibility as needed. She was dependable and always showed up for
work on time. In general Melissa was a pleasure to work with and was someone on
whom I could depend. She was an asset to my company and would be re-hired in a quick
minute.
Please feel free to contact me personally for more information. It is with great
confidence that I would highly recommend Melissa to you.
Sincerely,
Francine Keller
