A reasonable accommodation is an adjustment or modification made to a job, workplace, or circumstances of performing a job that allows an applicant or employee with a disability to successfully apply for, perform, or enjoy the benefits of employment. To request one, simply ask your employer if they have a procedure and provide enough information about your disability as it relates to the request. The employer may require forms or have other procedures, but these cannot unduly delay providing an accommodation.
