liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the

RIGHTS:
Under this agreement you are permitted to:
(i) Use one copy of the Software on a single computer.
(ii) Make one copy of the Software for the purpose of backup.
(iii) Share Unregistered (ie. Free) copies of this software with other end

(iv) Upon purchase, use one copy of the software for as long as the product is
supported.
LIMITATIONS:
Under this agreement you are not permitted to:
(i) Make any copies of the software, except for personal backup purposes or as

(ii) Transfer, distribute, modify or translate the Software, or any portion

(iii) Disassemble, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the Software or any

GENERAL
This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California
without regard to principles of conflicts of laws and shall inure to the benefit
of TikGames, LLC, its successors and assigns.
Any disputes relating hereto shall be adjudicated in the state or federal courts
in the State of California, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction
of said courts. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any
provision of this License Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable,
that provision of the License Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent
permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this
