1. We’ve turned ourselves
inside
out
and
back-
wards

2. looking for the ultimate fix,

3. the great event,

4. the sale to end all sales

5. that will realize the
savings to end all savings

6. and make us happy.

7. We’ve built sandcastles
country homes
wilderness retreats
and cottages by the lake

8. all
illusions
of the
perfect
what we expected.
life that
once
we
move in
isn’t quite

9. Just beyond our reach
is the perfection we long for.

10. Do we keep stretching?

11. Or is it time to put our hands to
other uses?

12. As those whose dreams ignite our
