Rather than chasing after the latest search trends or churning out content just to try and target a wider audience of new customers, you need to take a step back. Instead, start by assessing your website’s onsite journey and the experience it’s currently delivering to the people who are already interested enough in your brand to click through to it. In this talk, Rachel will share her own tried-and-tested methods of improving onsite user experience, conversions and keyword rankings by utilising CRO and UX techniques to get actionable insights into user behaviour and any roadblocks impeding the customer journey. Examples of some of the methods that will be covered are customer feedback collection, website heat mapping, customer journey mapping, website crawling, A/B testing and more. Learn how to reverse the decision-making process and build your retail strategy around the customers you actually have by opening up a dialogue with them, rather than building your business around the types of users you think you have.

B2C and B2B eCommerce and Shops for SMEs and Agencies in 24hLukas Hertig
eCommerce is a key part of digital transformation. Together and with the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, I'm presenting how SMEs and Agencies can jointly use technology like cloud computing, WordPress or WooCommerce to get started quickly. In addition, I show a case study of a Wine Shop that got up and running in less than 24h - by using Plesk, WordPress and WooCommerce - for both B2C and B2B customers.

BCG-Business Model Strip: Rapidly Manage PROFIT IMPROVEMENT AND INNOVATION MO...Rod King, Ph.D.
Today, organizations must manage for profit improvement as well as profit innovation in order to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The BCG-Business Model Strip, which uses components of a BCG-Business Model, provides a holistic and versatile tool for improving and innovating on profit models. Unlike in business model visualization tools like the Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas, the BCG-Business Model Strip provides a comprehensive framework for discovering Big Urgent Market Problems (BUMPs) in an environment, developing a relevant business strategy and business model that can be tested and validated.
Are you finding it difficult to get customers to gather around your brand in the realm of global turmoil?
Start using online marketing branding tools to lure customers, this presentation gives you round up of the hottest cutting edge online branding tools.
Madkudu - Product Led Summit - Product Led OnboardingFrancis Brero
As the conversation around product-led growth builds, some interesting trends have started to emerge. Amid all the stories and strategies are some frequently repeated myths about product-led onboarding and what it means in a product-led go-to-market strategy.
So I’d like to debunk 3 common product-led onboarding myths—namely, the idea that you don’t need a sales team, that conversion is a linear process, and that people truly want to serve themselves.

VISION STATEMENT
AAllwwaayyss eeaarrnniinngg tthhee rriigghhtt ttoo bbee oouurr cclliieennttss’’ ffiirrsstt cchhooiiccee
The vision statement is an internal tool for RBC employees to remind us about the value
of always focusing on clients. Because our communications to clients should focus on
them (i.e. First for You), we should not use the vision statement with clients.

LOGO USAGE
For your convenience, logos are available for downloading on the Internet at:
hhttttpp::////wwwwww..rrbbcc..ccoomm//bbrraanndd//llooggoo//ddoowwnnllooaadd__llooggooss//iinnddeexx..hhttmmll
The RBC logo should never be altered, distorted or combined with any other design. Always
use authorized artwork, which may be quickly accessed from the logo-download page.
For more information about the RBC logo system, please visit:
hhttttpp::////wwwwww..rrbbcc..ccoomm//bbrraanndd
The logo must be used as provided from the download page, altering the colour is not
permitted. Always use a colour logo on colour materials (i.e. colour brochures or posters),
use a black and white logo on black and white materials.
The Lion & Globe symbol should only be used with a platform name (i.e. RBC Royal Bank,
RBC Insurance, etc). However, there are a few examples where the Lion & Globe symbol may
be used separately, such as PowerPoint presentations, executive podiums or promotional
merchandise (i.e. t-shirts and coffee mugs).
The logo should always have the proper registration symbol of “®.” We have recently
changed our registration system from “TM” to “®.” You do not need to destroy any
materials using the old “TM” logos; however, please use logos with the “®” going forward.
