Description:
The Foreclosure Referral and Review (FRR) application was deployed in 2012 using Pega HLBPM
tool. The application provides series of checklist questions for user review and response to process a
loan. The FRR checklists are unique for all three segments of the FHA portfolio and a unique non-
FHA checklist. Reviews are performed as the loans reach the delinquency thresholds and are
deemed workable. The first review is performed by a subset team of FRR associates (1st Stage) and
then reviewed and approved by a different team of FRR associates (In-Line Quality Control/Federal
Housing Administration Lead.)

Title : In Language Testing

Description:
In Language is the translation program developed by DCG Incubate team for Wells Fargo to translate
the English content into Spanish on the fly.
Spanish become the second speaking language in US, WF wanted to provide better experience to
their Spanish customers. IL tied up with Translations.com and ICET team and re-established Wells
Fargo as an industry leader in providing an In-Language experience.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding the requirements and creating Test scenarios and test cases.
• Capturing the untranslated content by navigating the UI screens
• Analyzing the existing XML content and creating CQ if the code is not as per the UTF 8
standards.
• Analyzing the dump from different servers which got captured through the IL engaged active
monitor utility tool and create TDC Jira if any untranslated content is present.
• Identifying and tracking the issues in Clear Quest
• Validating the CQ’s raised by SIT and QA team and resolving the CQ’s by creating TDC and

The Forms Integration gives an insight about the Banking domain. It helps you understand what are
the various forms used and which form is used under which circumstance. Metavante provides
banking and payment technologies for financial services firms and businesses worldwide. The toolkit
is so modular that allows for easy adoption of new Banking Platform releases and provide the ability
to simulate and test a client’s authored changes prior to deploying them into a production-ready
