Street Play at Vastrapur Lake
The semester 2 students of NIMCJ performed a street play called "Jeetvu hoi to ladvu pade" at Vastrapur Lake. The street play was put on by the semester 2 students of NIMCJ to educate the public. The performance took place at Vastrapur Lake.

The National Institute of Mass Communication & Journalism's youth club organized a blood donation camp on March 23, 2012 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the 4th floor of the institute located at Shapath 1, opposite Rajpath club on S.G. Road in Ahmedabad. All were cordially invited to attend.
Holi celebrations at NIMCJ
NIMCJ will be celebrating the Hindu festival of Holi on March 18th. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in traditional Holi activities in the courtyard from 2-4pm, including throwing colored powders and playing with water balloons and squirt guns. Refreshments including thandai, gujiya, and other Indian snacks will be provided.

Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi returns to television after 20 years with 'Upanishad Ganga', a new series on Doordarshan that introduces viewers to Indian philosophy through stories based on the Upanishads.
