1. Project Title :"Global Communication Media"

Description : The objective of the project is to communicate various employees within the
organization at different branches. This is a media to communicate employees globally.
Through this, organization will be able to make conferences with their clients (distributors) or

current market.
2. Project Title: "EMC Secure Remote Support (ESRS)"

 Role : Solution Architect
 Role Description : In this project my role is an Application Engineer. Through ESRS
application I have been providing secure remote sessions for the EMC people. And I have
been monitoring the Device boxes at back end.

Description : It is an application to give secure remote support for the EMC Corporation. It will
provide securityand monitoring of DatabaseDevicesof EMC Corporation.The EMC Secure Remote
Support (ESRS) IP solution 2.0 provides a secure, IP-based, distributed remote service support
solution giving the customers command, control, and visibility of remote support access. The EMC
ESRS 2.0 solution is designed to be scalable and fault-tolerant, and to provide the customer with the
most popular 3 A’s solution that is, Authentication, Authorization, and Audit logging control require
to meet their security needs and to support their environment. The ESRS Agent installed in the
customer’s network allows secure transfer of the error and diagnostic information related to events
on their EMC devices to be sent back to the EMC Customer Support Center.

3. The secure data transfer mainlyhappens betweenthe Agent/ESRSclientat the customer locationand
Servicelink/DRM which resides at the EMC side. Recently, ESRS upgradation is going on from
version 2.0 to 3.0.
3. Project Title :"Connectivity Lifecycle Management (CLM)"
 Technologies/Tools : Ext.js, Java, TCserver, Spring Framework core, Spring Integration,
RabbitMQ, Redhat Linux, Oracle 11i.

Description: Phase 1 of the CLM project is to re-engineer current SYR functionality in
the following areas:
- ConnectHome alert file processing
- New infrastructure to support scalable environment for CLM
o Active/DR using EMC SRDF
- Full auditing of files received, from FEP through ConnectHome disposition(Oracle
Dial Home rules)
- Self-service filtering rules engine with auditing capability
- Dashboard UI for ConnectHome alerts that delivers real time view to business
- Independent database for ConnectHome alerts
- Feed from new DB schema to legacy SYR DB to maintain current SYR reporting
capability.
Phases 2 and 3 are to address the reporting changes and re-engineering of the remaining
SYR backend services, i.e. connectivity monitoring, getconfig etc.
