(Quoteworks)
• Begin by
clicking the
OPEN FOLDER
icon
4. Step 2: Continued
• Type the quote
number found in
Connectwise into
the DOCUMENT
NO section
• **THIS MUST
ALWAYS BEGIN
WITH “EMEQ”**
• Click the FIND
button to the
right
• Double-click the
highlighted quote
on the next
screen to open it
5. Step 3: Printing the correct Sign-Offs
(Quoteworks)
• Click the
DELIVER icon to
open list of
printable forms
6. Step 3: Continued
• Find “QUOTE
w/PN” and print to
your local printer
• Repeat the process
and find “TECH
RECEIVING SHEET”
near the bottom of
the list and print it
to your local printer
• You are finished in
Quoteworks. Return
to Connectwise to
print “AV/CABLING
PROJECT TEMPLATE
SIGNOFF”
7. Step 4: Printing AV/Cabling Signoff
(Connectwise)
• Click the RED PEN
icon to open list
of templates
• On the next
screen click the
down arrow to
expand the list
• Click AV/CABLING
PROJECT
TEMPLATE
SIGNOFF and
print to your local
printer
8. Once all forms are printed
• Write the Emerge ticket number on the top right corner of each paper
• Put the “Tech Receiving Sheet” and “AV/Cabling Signoff” in folder to
stage with the job
• Put the quote and all packing slips in the clear hanging folders while
the job is on the shelves
• Highlight all products that come in, note any numerical discrepancies
and the date you found them on the quote. *Scratch out and
highlight when everything arrives*
