Quick Mix was founded in 2018 by Kundan and Anjali to focus on premix products. They opened a shop in 2021 in Chandni Chowk, Mumbai. During the COVID pandemic, they did large-scale food fortification to ensure adequate nutrition. Quick Mix offers 20 premix products including pav bhai, biryani, soups and dal. They have a process that involves purchasing raw materials, separating ingredients, mixing in machines, quality checks and packaging for delivery. Their vision is to be a global leader in premix foods with a focus on quality, innovation and profitability.

Currently we are serving in three Sates- Maharashtra, Gujrat
and Karnataka through our online websites. Also, we have
offline branches in Mumbai, Pune and Surat. Our Majority
Supply is through retailer, 40% of our customers is buying from
online websites.
Majority of our customer base is hostel students (Who live
apart from their residence).

10. UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION
Our USP which is most appreciated by our customer is that we
use natural preservatives (includes rosemary extract, neem oil,
citrus oil, citric acid) in our instant food instead of harmful
preservatives (such as benzenic acid, calcium sorbate, potassium
mibrabe).
Recycling of food packets- while supplying our products we are
giving redcycle bin to retailers so that customers after usage of
products can dispose it back in redcycle bin and gain rs.5 by just
disposing waste. By reusing such disposed food packets, we are
able to save about rs. 15 cost and gain profit of rs. 10.

From the data it’s quite clear that while promoting any brand the
foremost consideration are good demand & margin followed by
regular supply and next comes brand name.
