An interview was conducted with Kevina Khan, the curator of Pitshanger Art Gallery. As an art curator, Khan is responsible for selecting art programs and working with artists. The qualifications needed include an art background with an A-Level and a BA in Fine Arts. Khan highlighted that the best part of the job is working on different projects. Some famous people that have visited the gallery include Calla Black, David Beckham, Enic Dapto, Ferze Aduallan, and Jone Colline. Khan advises those interested in becoming an art curator to study art foundations and continue sketching. While hard work, Khan became a curator because of her love for art.

A art curator is some one that pick out art programs and the work with artist.

I would say to them do foundation in art and KEEP sketching.

YES it is a lot of work and there is lots of studying.

I wonted to be a art curator because I love art.
Q9. What are the negative aspects of being an art curator?
The negative are that we don’t get paid very well.

It’s all right not that rich.

The skill you will need to be an art curator is to get along with people. You have to be
creative, you have to be well organised.
