It’s quiet in Newport and I’ve had an opportunity to speak with Queen. I thanked her for the amazing
efforts to pull the TSP programme together. I have far more confidence and understanding now and
she
has proved that whilst there are so many things moving around, it is still possible to have a
structured
programme that can inform decision making and can identify change and the impacts of change. I’m
not
saying we have reached our end goal but Queen has made great strides in such a short time. If she
has
time maybe she can assist Arup and join us together more.
I understand her line manager is Nick Beckett, who I don’t recall I’ve met, and would ask if you could
make him aware of Queen’s good work in Newport.
