Basic TIPs for PPT
Tailor your message: Demonstrate how the larger vision is relevant to your team’s work. Know what your team cares about the most (e.g. a high-quality end product) and explain how the vision will help them achieve that end result. Service Culture is key to keep our business going!!
Design an action plan: Next, focus on converting vision into action. Point the team in the right direction by setting specific timelines and benchmarks that lead to your ultimate goal. Define time-bound and measurable action steps. What do we need to achieve our purpose? Employee engagement, trust, synergies & service excellence
Engage them emotionally: It is not enough to describe organizational benefits of the new vision. Give your team a personal reason to be motivated – drive down the benefit to the individual level and engage them emotionally.
Paint a picture of success: Describe exactly what success will look like for your team, e.g. forecast how customers will respond to the new product. This helps everyone envision the same goal and boosts morale, helping members feel invested and motivated. How are we as GSC supporting Ericsson global transformation.
