Quality Care Options
10-10-10
v.2 - 9.2.11
About The 10-10-10 Program:
The “10-10-10” is a telemarketing sales program designed to help your sales team do one thing: gain appointments with prospects.
Here’s how it works: every week, your sales team sends a package overnight to ten prospects. Then, before the packages arrive, they’ll make ten introductory calls to announce the delivery of the package. After that, the sales team makes ten follow-up phone calls to ask for an appointment to speak in person.
With this process, the 10-10-10 program provides your sales team with a regular rhythmic approach to warm sales calls. Each week, meet with the team, discuss the calls, script and results, and make changes accordingly. Don’t expect results overnight -- it takes time and patience to find the approach that works best with your prospects.
Make sure you’re updating your prospect database with each call. If a contact isn’t interested, ask if someone else at the company might be. Then, put them on next week’s target list. Remember, activity breeds activity.
Step 1: MondaySend out your packages.
Step 2: Monday night
Leave a message announcing the package’s upcoming delivery. Below is a script guideline to help you get started, but remember that it’s important to experiment with different approaches to find what’s most comfortable for your sales team, and what gets the most results from your prospects.
“Hi <recipient name>. My name is <your name> from Quality Care Options. I just wanted to let you know that you’ll receive a package from me tomorrow. I hope you find it interesting! In the meantime, if you want to learn more about our company, visit qcostaffing.com. Thanks, and have a great day.”
Step 3: TuesdayFollow up only AFTER you’re sure your packages have been delivered. You can do this by using time-sensitive shipping. For example, if you send via UPS Ground with a guaranteed delivery before 3PM, make sure your follow-up call comes after 3PM. Again, the script below is just a guideline to help you get started:
“Hi <recipient name>. This is <your name> from Quality Care Options. Did you receive my package?
“Great! I don’t want to take a lot of your time, but I wanted to let you know that Quality Care Options is now accepting new clients.
“At Quality Care Options, our goal is to make sure you are fully staffed with the most qualified health care professionals at even the shortest notice. With a rigorous credentialing process for our candidates and emergency placement services, our staff is dedicated to ensuring your staffing needs are always met.”
“I’d love to hear about your current healthcare staffing needs. Is there a time that I could come out to your office and talk more?
[if the answer is no:]

“No problem. Is there anyone else at [insert company name] that might be interested in learning more about Quality Care Options?”
[if the answer is no:]
“Okay -- I understand you’re busy. Instead, would you mind if I sent you our free report on --------? All I need is your email address.
[if the answer is no:]
“No problem. Thanks for your time, and please keep us in mind if your needs change. Thank you!”
