This document proposes a new method called Gene Expression Programming with Q-Aggregate operators (QAB-GEP) for constructing logical expressions. QAB-GEP uses two main operators - an aggregate operator to characterize disjunction, conjunction and compensation, and a negate operator. It was tested on nonlinear regression and classification problems and found to outperform other methods by generating more compact and accurate expressions. The advantages of QAB-GEP include its small set of intuitive operations, numerical stability, ease of parallelization, ability to automatically discover complex logical rules, and improved performance over conventional GEP.
