There are two spaces available to rent in the building. Depending on your needs, you can either choose
from a small studio or a big one (23.8 x 9.3). Both of the studios are designed for 24 hour operation
without noise limits. There is sufficient power supply (125 A), and we dispose of a powerful mobile diesel
generator 200kW.

4. Building use
The space is usually used as a studio for the production of various projects, for photo shoots or filming, testing
visual objects, rehearsal space for live acts or dance groups. Driveways and parking lots are designed to cope
withe truck transport. Both of the spaces are also predestined to be a perfect place for standalone events.
All ofour technologies are stored within the building.
