A marketing campaign for a real estate project in Egypt's new administrative capital ran from June 2020 to the present, generating over 600 million Egyptian pounds in total sales. The campaign identified the project as having the highest search rates using Google Trends. It achieved a high conversion rate of 11.18% and first page search results over its three year duration, leading to over 4,700 leads and 120 successful deals. With an investment of 1.5 million Egyptian pounds, the overall return on investment was over 42 million Egyptian pounds in commissions.
