 David Dlugopolski and Robert Hileman.

Compliance Services
Compliance is the most commonly used term for portfolio tax
management and/or process of fulfilling the official requirements for
reporting Business Personal Property, to include:

• Set up properties in PVS system to allow client exclusive internet web access
    to ongoing case status.
•   Filing Business Personal Property Return(s)
•   Assessment Review and Verification
•   Reviewing Tax Bills for Accuracy
•   Issue Tax Bill Approval notice to client to confirm correct tax bill amounts so
    tax bills are not overpaid or duplicated.
•   Submitting Approvals to Pay Tax Bills
