www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.

fan. Four fans connected in series, which is fixed in one wooden frame. RPM of fan is 180 which blow air on wet surface for
evaporation of water. Air from fan enter in fridge body through wet surface and gets cooled by this wet surface and evacuate the hot
air through vent which is placed in backside panel. Outer surface gets dry by evaporation of water that results to reduced in
temperature. The water tank is a fixed on top of the fridge body and the thick thread at one end is kept at the bottom of water tank and
another end on the surface of fridge, which is covered by cloth. This system works like drip irrigation system. It maintains the wetness
of fridge surface. By consuming 8-9 liters water per day. Hot air inside the fridge is evacuated by cool air coming from fan through
wet cloth and air tight aluminum door which minimizes the impact of outer temperature and keep inner temperature cool. This process
decreases the inner temp of fridge. Small scale refrigeration, especially used for vaccine preservation in remote areas, as an attractive
application. Here the user is technically sophisticated and dealing with life saving drugs. There is a large market for such refrigerators
in hospitals and health centers. Solar operated fridge maintains 18-19 C temperature very effectively & is helpful for remote areas of
the country for preserving the foods, vegetable, fruit, milk and milk product with effective cost.

(57) Abstract :
Over last few decades design of Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS) has been a challenging problem faced by research
community. Detection of unknown network attacks is one such challenge. Growing convergence of networks aided by complexity and
wide reach of networks is fueling emergence of new types of network attacks, which traditional NID systems are failing to detect. The
present invention design a NIDS scheme that efficiently detects such new and unknown network attacks. To address the problem
unlike other approaches this assumes continuous streamed network data. The process then use cosine similarity on KDD99 labeled
data set to build feature space. And then use ensemble of multi-classifiers to effectively classify known attacks and normal traffic. For
detecting unknown attack a new algorithm is design using q-neighborhood silhouette coefficient for cohesion measurement and mean-
square contingency coefficient for correlation measurement on outlier data. Following invention is described in detail with the help of
Figure 1 of sheet 1 shows the Detection Algorithm used in the present invention.

(57) Abstract :
This invention relates to a simple, cost effective yet safe method for indicating gas quantity in a gas cylinder (for stationary use of
cylinder). The primary purpose of this invention is to provide a unique method by which weight of the gas cylinder is converted into
mechanical movement of a platform, which is further converted into pressure variations in a chamber. These pressure variations in the
chamber can then be used to indicate amount of gas in cylinder by way of a completely mechanical device working on constant
volume & displacement principle OR by converting the pressure variations into electronic signals by way of variable resistance or by
way of pressure sensor. The indicator part also is capable of providing an alarm to the user when a preset level of gas in cylinder is
reached. The safety aspect is enhanced in this method as the indicator part, where there could be a possibility of electronic circuit
involved can be remotely placed away from the gas cylinder.

A wireless sensor network (WSN) is quickly emergent research field. WSN has bulky amount of sensor nodes which arbitrarily
deployed in a given sensor field area. It has certain quality of parameters (QoS) as reliability, congestion, throughput, energy and so
on. Reliability is uniformity in calculating the results. A system is said reliable if it gives equal results constantly. In order to increase
reliability, we used adaptive sectoring method. We divide the given sensor field into different number of sectors and activate current
sector only in which an event is happened. To reduce energy and congestion, we ought to adjust the sector dynamically according to
perform data transmission process effectively and efficiently.Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of

(57) Abstract :
The invention relates to an improved ground fault protection mechanism for quick detection and isolation of the faulted (ground) zone
without the operation of unfaulted upstream or parallel circuits associated with the faulted zone of a electrical power supply system
network, characterized in that a two stage amplifier and a sensing resistor are introduced within a known device, wherein the sensing
resistor feeds a voltage to the two amplifiers, the first stage amplifies the voltage from miiiVolt range to Volt range, the second stage
pumps a current mirrored to the leakage current detected by the device, wherein the pumped current is fed between a neutral input
terminal and a ground conductor (fifth conductor) of the power supply system to compensate the upstream power supply network with
the leakage unbalanced detected by the improved ELCB; and make all upstream devices unsighted of the fault/ leakage detected and
the leakage processed by the downstream devices.

(57) Abstract :
The present invention provides a process for generating 3D tumour models and tumoroids for drug screening and testing. The process
includes the step of preparation of chitosan- gelatin (CG) scaffolds. The CG scaffolds are prepared by freeze drying method in which
chitosan and gelatin are dissolved in a solvent, and are allowed to cross link in presence of a cross-linker, followed by lyophilising of
the solution to form a porous hydrogel. The step of preparation of CG scaffolds is followed by sterilisation of CG scaffolds and
seeding of cancer cells on these scaffolds. Thereafter, the cancer cell lines are allowed to adhere and grow on the scaffolds to allow for
tumoroid formation. Thereafter, the 3D tumour models are tested for their characteristics in comparison with 2- dimensional (2D)
tumour cell cultures and tumours grown in vivo. It is found that the 3D tumour models closely resembles in vivq tumour growth,
which was not been achieved by 2D tumour cell culture. The 3D tumour model is further tested with NCl-H460 (Non-Small Cell Lung
Cancer- NSCLC), HeLa (cervical cancer), MCF-7 (breast cancer), MG-63 (osteosarcoma), PaCa (pancreatic cell line), NT8e (human
head and neck cancer), SF268 (glioblastoma cell line), and U87 (glioblastoma cell line) and analysed for its potential as a universal
scaffold for generation of tumoroid-like structures.

(57) Abstract :
Herein, we report the development of an anticancer lipid-based formulation that kills very aggressive pancreatic cancer cells and
breast cancer stem cell (CSC)-like cells. This formulation is a concoction of an anticancer agent, ESC8 and a glucocorticoid receptor
(GR)-targeting cationic lipid delivery system, DX. When complexed with plasmid DNA this formulation in association with the
hydrophobic anticancer agent (ESC8) initiates killing of cancer cells and CSC-like cells within 3h. When anticancer gene encoded
plasmid is used residual cancer cells were also eradicated after 2 days of exposure. The formulation-free naked ESC8 requires at least
ten-fold more concentration and 3 days of continuous treatment to get similar level of killing. The formulation in association with
plasmid encoding neuropilin Sh-RNA could inhibit the tumor growth in mice orthotopically implanted with very aggressive mouse
breast cancer cell, ANV-1. This cell is known to produce breast CSC- like cells that shows phenotype of advanced cancer relapsing.
There is no visible toxic effect of this formulation when injected in mice, indicating that the formulation has minimum to no toxic
effect to normal homeostasis. To our knowledge, there is no other evidence of a treatment regimen that kills differentiated cancer cell-
originating stem cells. Our discovery is the first of its kind potential therapeutics that not only harness aggressive cancer but also
eradicates breast cancer stem cell-like cells.
