BENEFITS ENROLLMENT
Enrollment must occur within 31 days of hire or a change in family status. If you do not enroll
within the first 31 days of employment, you must wait until the next Annual Enrollment Period
in July to make any changes to your benefits unless you have a qualifying change in status dur-
