REACH and CLP obligations are limited to forwarding information in the supply chain. 4 Who is a distributor under REACH? Distributors sometimes do more than store and place a substance on the market, and these additional activities may give rise to obligations under REACH and CLP

Lead Objective: to identify the nature and the extent of the inconsistencies on the safe use information coming from different joint registrants for the same substance. Actions: • Harmonise consolidation procedure. • Identify main challenges and inconsistencies that create obstacles for the consolidation. • Carry out a representative analysis on these inconsistencies. • Potentially identify the sources.
