Territory managers can earn protected territories through maintaining a 50% closing ratio on leads over a 3-month period. Protected territories give managers exclusive rights to pursue leads from their assigned townships. Any leads from a protected territory will first be offered to the assigned manager. Creative canvassing is also restricted exclusively to the manager's protected territory. New construction homes are defined as occupied for less than 90 days while existing homes are occupied for longer. Referrals for new construction homes require communication between managers, with commission split 50/50 if one manager makes the sale in another's territory. Referrals for existing homes can be sold without penalty in another manager's territory.
