Sample role breakdownstructure Division Area Roles Example Role Description ROAD Outreach Rural Community Coordinator (RCC) • Identify Rural areas to focus on (factor : efficiency) • Liaise with NGOs to identify existing developmental programmes and troubleshoot with support of EAR • Co-Create outreach programmes for urban young adults to take part in with support of COMEL Development Rural Community Developer (RCD) • Identify areas of development for rural community • Identify existing developmental programmes and troubleshoot with support of EAR • Oversee deployment of development programmes to address developmental needs with support of COMEL EAR Education Content Coordinator • Collate existing materials that can be used for outreach programmes • Identify core issues and competencies based on the failure of current sturctures • Work with Research and COMEL team to develop new content • Design content programme to be developed Trainer • Deliver training programmes to identified target communities with support of COMEL • Liaise with NGOs for training delivery requirements Research Data Research Coordinator (DRA) • Identify key contacts and sources of archives/information hotbeds, create a shared list • Research on potential new topics and collate data/statistics to support on new topic identified to be shared with COMEL • Collaborate with Content Coordinator on identifying new topics

Sample role breakdownstructure Division Area Roles Example Role Description COMEL Communication s & Multimedia Editor - Writers • With current issues and community requirements in mind, sensitively and consistently encourage a flow of written word from members • Edit all submissions for grammar, readability and clarity. • Write editorials according to schedule • Work with Media Content Developer to ensure best medium is used to communicate each message • Creatively direct the Graphic Design team • Manage web copy and any collaterals that need copy. • Drafting or editing correspondence for UBAH group • Ensuring all COMEL output is on tone and on message Media Content Developer • Develop media materials (e.g. video content) Graphic Designer • Design infographics and materials which are developed by the EAR team Language Translator Language Translator • Translate materials into native languages • Responsible for managing Ubah’s funding
