08:30-10:30 ~ Teaching followed by Hatha Yoga Class
16:00-18:00 ~ Sun Salutations & Hatha Yoga Class
18:00-20:00 ~ Lecture on Yoga Philosophy or a Yogic Topic

Our team of teachers are highly trained practitioners of Yoga, who are here to support
you through every step of your journey through Hatha Yoga Level 1. Every teacher
brings something unique to the classes, but all share the common purpose of being in
service to the path of Yoga and evolution.
14. AGAMA YOGA CAMPUS
Hatha Yoga Level 1 takes place on the Agama Yoga campus on Koh Phangan. We have 4
Yoga halls set on a beautiful piece of island full of trees and lush tropical plants. Course
participants are welcome to join the free weekly community events hosted at Agama
during their stay on Koh Phangan.
15. IS THE COURSE IN-PERSON OR ONLINE?
The course is held in-person on Koh Phangan, but if you cannot attend in-person, you will have
access to online recordings to complete the course.
