• Liaison with specialists, both in-house and subcontracted;
• Provision of comment on and input to specialist reports;
• Co-ordination and management of GIS input to the project;
• Communication with authorities;
• Project finance management; and
• Preparation of the scoping report.

stages, and had not yet entered the public
domain at the time Donnette left Royal
Haskoning. The project details were still
