Fluke Condition Monitoring – Fluke’s entry into the Internet of Things. Early stage planning and
development of a system that enables users to capture measurement readings via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi
enabled instruments, aggregate the data and push it to a Fluke-branded cloud for later analysis.

Fluke 1662, 1663 & 1664 FC – Development of the next generation insulation multimeter targeted at the
European market. iOS/Android applications to collect/manage the instrument's measurement data. The
project included updates to Fluke's software applications: Data Management Software (DMS) and Fluke
View Forms (FVF). Distributed product development teams in: UK, India, Netherlands, Germany, Slovakia
and Everett WA
Fluke PRV240 - 240V DC/AC source used to verify a wide range of DMMs, Clamp Meters and Voltage
Testers. Distributed product development teams in: Taiwan and Everett WA
HART, Foundation Fieldbus and ProfiBus-PA - Research/development and prototyping of instruments
containing HART, FF and PB digital communications protocols - software used in the process tools
industry (e.g. food, oil & gas). Distributed product development teams in: India, Germany and Everett WA
Fluke 805 - Vibration meter used in determining bearing health and overall vibration. New product
category for Fluke. Open Innovation project with expertise being provided on several critical subject
areas; a custom algorithm to identify bearing faults, a sensor that could detect high frequency vibration
without mechanical attachment and ascertaining machine health using an overall vibration level. All where
Fluke exclusives and industry firsts. Took top prize (gold medal) at the Danaher Conference on
Innovation 2013 (DCI). Distributed product development teams in: India, China, Buffalo NY, Charlotte NC,
and Everett WA
Fluke 810 - Vibration analysis instrument that provided a rules-based analysis of mechanical faults with
recommendations (tell the user what's wrong and how to fix it). Included in the project was the
development of a handheld spectrum analyzer, 'Viewer' software application (database/measurement
analysis), 3-axis smart accelerometer and laser tachometer. First vibration analysis product for Fluke and
many industry firsts for this category. Received bronze medal award at DCI 2010. Distributed product
development teams in: India, Taiwan, Germantown MD, Bainbridge Island WA and Everett WA.
Fluke 421D, 416D, 411D, 420D, 415D, 410D - Separate projects that developed 3 distinct families of
laser distance meters. This was initially a new product category for Fluke. Distributed product
development teams in: Switzerland, Austria, Hungary and Everett WA.
Fluke 80T-150U - Redesign of temperature measurement accessory, used in conjunction with DMMs.
Distributed product development teams in: Taiwan and Everett WA
Fluke 975 - Multifunction air diagnostic meter; temperature, humidity, CO2, CO and air velocity. This was
a new product category for Fluke and had industry leading performance. Received honorable mention at
DCI 2007. Distributed product development teams in: Calgary CA, Finland and Everett WA
Fluke 971 - Fluke's first air temperature/humidity meter. Distributed development product teams in:
Taiwan, Everett WA
