PROJECT ROLLOUTS = PJ
Avaya Phone Exchange
PJ1 (multiple)
Need multiple technicians to work performing Avaya Phone exchanges for 137 sets,some (115) with sidecars.
Unpack, assemble, prep, and install Avaya VoIP Phones in exchange for existing phone sets.Pack and ship old
phones perprovided instructions.Return next morning to ensure all phones are working properly and address any
employee issues specific to the new phones.
PJ2
Need approximately 1400 Avaya 9608 and B189 IP phones installed at site. This can be completed during normal
business hours.Site is new and unoccupied.Phones do not require bricks as site are PoE. Phones only need to be
unboxed, connected and firmware updated (as needed). This is new hardware. No logging in of extension is
required. Phones just need to be at login prompt.
Main and Intermediate Distributor Facilities Building
PJ 1
Cisco Routers, Switches, and WTI circuit turn up support for Verizon, AT&T head inn and phone biscuit
connection.
PJ2
WAN Circuit Turn up to patch the newly installed Ethernet WAN Circuit to newly installed routers.
PJ3
Check the cables are connected between Cisco routers and switches.
Check for equipment recovery and inventory core switches.
PJ4
Troubleshoot wired computer connectivity issues
Confirm with manager on duty all computers are connected
PJ5
PROJECT IS TO RACK AND STACK NETWORK EQUIPMENT FOR 2 MDF ROOMS (120 SWITCHES,
ROUTERS, AND NETWORK MODULES WILL BE RACKED, STACKED, AND CONNECTED), PLEASE
SEE ATTACHED SCHEMATICS FOR INSTALL.
PC Installations
PJ1
Install 96 new/imaged desktops on site in Charlotte that need to be installed within the training rooms in one
week. Connect to networks and any peripherals. Equipment is pre-configured so they should be plug and play.
PJ2
Mount 78 single monitors onto Desktop arm mount.
PJ3 (multiple)
Computer New office setup and system/software mitigation for multiple Allstate sites. Setup computers, laptops,
printers, and networks.
PJ4 (multiple)
The Service Pro shall provide services to client, (End Customer) for the purpose of services required to complete a
PC Replacement in 382 nationwide retail stores specified by the Customer. Provide systemimaging, hardware
integration and installation services.
 Pre-Installation inventory of new hardware shipment at the store location
 Record hardware serial numbers on Service Acceptance Form or provided serial number sheet as defined in
the Technical Guide.
 Verify with MOD that all registers are in “offline Mode”
 Power down unneeded registers, per store manager.
 Run backup WinDSS utility on back office PC
 Shutdown back office PC and replace with new back office PC
 Boot New back office PC
 Restore the store data from backup
 Close back office applications
 Ship unused and old equipment back
POS System Prevention
PJ1 (multiple)
Preventative Maintenance on POS lanes and Self Check Out lanes.
Clean and inspect all equipment and record any non-functioning/dysfunctionalequipment as well as ALL serial
numbers.
PJ2 (multiple)
Validate all cash has been removed before any drawer repair. Replace debt readers. Activate debt readers. All parts
must be shipped back you cannot leave them on site.
PJ3 (multiple)
Swap existing Hard Drives with new Imaged Hard Drives. Install POS (touch screen monitor, Pin Pad, Scanner,
wand). Move Workstations to back office that acts as a Managerdesktop. Ensure network printer connection is
working. Package old equipment in a box and leave ready for shipping. Perform final test of equipment.
PJ4 (multiple)
Install of HP M521, Gather information off printer for records. Take Old device from site. This can only be
completed during 2pm and tech must leave no later than 3pm. Project should not be more then 30-45 min on each
site.
TV Parts Repair and Diagnosis
PJ (multiple)
Replace and troubleshoot motherboard, power board, remote board, input board, LCD panel, TSS, PryBar, and case.
Department Store Endcaps
PJ (multiple)
Configure and installation of electronic displays.
AV Installation
PJ1 (multiple)
Add an Audio Amplifier and 6-Speakers to an existing training room. Since the Amplifier must be connected to the
Projector, a site survey is required to insure the existing projector and screen operate properly
and verify the location and cable length for the audio equipment.
Home Health Monitor Installations
PJ (multiple)
Install CBS health monitor systems in homes.
Damage Assessment
PJ (multiple)
Insurance adjustment assessment for damaged items due to lightening.
Provide specific written details (minimum of 2 sentences)of how you determined each product was damaged/non-
damaged; indicate if repairable, or if replacement is required; request year purchased & purchase price from owner
(estimate if owner is unsure).
Deployment/Data Migration
PJ1 (multiple)
Phase 1: Installing 80 new computers, 50 laptops and 30 desktops.Start receiving user old computers and getting
them prepped to do data migration to new ThinkPad. Start actual deployment to complete on that day for the 50
ThinkPad’s. Start the deployment of the 30 Desktops that will be deployed throughout the campus.
Phase 2: Start reimaging 400 systems with the client's image, the systems will be spread throughout the site and we
must complete 80 per day.

AT&T Star Installation
Setup Galaxy 6, Tablet 8 &10 inch, and Display for AT&T Star project
PJ3 (multiple)
NCR Windows 7 Migration installing new PCs and HDD for departments in Walmart and Sam’s Club. Rollouts of
VLAN for network connectivity. Software application management.
