"Many architectural theorists interpret modern versus tradi onalĀ architectureĀ dichotomy

"A large communal green area, a Central Park, will be created to provide
a rac veĀ  approach, open and spacious feel to the majority of the units. The
park will incorporate a few park benches, a smaller playground and a barbecue
area to oļ¬€erĀ adequateĀ spacesĀ forĀ socialisingĀ toĀ facilitateĀ theĀ crea onĀ  ofĀ a real
community. Among other mature trees the Central Park features the siteā€™s most
valuable and beau fulĀ tree, a close to twenty-metre-high Coastal Redwood. The

The theme of the building could be the connec onĀ ofĀ natureĀ andĀ middleĀ 21st
century high-technology. Our assump onĀ  isĀ  thatĀ  theĀ  degreeĀ  ofĀ  technological
progress is reached (or will reach very shortly) a level when it is possible to work
together with nature instead of work against (conquer) nature. We are facing a
paradigm shi , the new era of technology will not dominate and ruin nature as
it has been happening since the Industrial revolu on. The new era will be based
on technologies work in harmony with nature to secure the future of mankind.
The proposed building could represent this new kind of connec onĀ  between
nature and human.
