5.  Hernando Caicedo Caicedo: (1890- March 8 of 1966)
He was a legend for its wealth, power and recognition, was the richest man
in the Valle del Cauca. Owner of the sugar mills Rio Paila and Central Castilla,
also of the factory of confectionery and candies Colombina.
He had a great political and social recognition.
He was a man enterprising and therefore the day of his death Messages of
