CASE STUDY
Client aims to establish a business-driven PMO to tackle project delays and budget
overruns. Current PM lacks advisory skills and fails to align methodology with client
expectations, prompting the need for a new project manager. Previous manager's
shortcomings include inadequate methodology and stakeholder engagement. Client
also requests an additional team member and PMP training. Intervention plan
