Property in the course of construction
Physical damage to the project and owner's
property including some consequential or
time element losses. This includes both the
project itself as well as the existing properties
in the case of renovations, repairs, additions or
new construction in proximity to other
structures. Exposures may include vehicles,
materials and equipment used in the project
Contractor's All Risk including
Third Party Liability/ Public
Liability; Extension of Owner's
Property Insurance Policy;
Erection All Risk Insurance Policy
during installation

or contractor; includes debris
removal, expediting costs,
