This document describes a business idea called EuroDetective that aims to connect people who have lost items with those who have found items. It conducted a survey that found 20% of Europeans lose belongings monthly. The idea is to have a multilingual call center that receives descriptions of lost and found items from callers in their own languages, translates them, and notifies people if matches are found. Financial projections estimate the business could generate millions in profit each month based on a small registration fee for lost item reports. Startup costs for billboards and a technical center are also provided. A risk analysis is mentioned but no risks are described.

The document describes a business project called EuroDetective that aims to help connect people who have lost items with those who have found them across Europe. An initial survey found that 20% of Europeans lose personal belongings each month. The project would establish a phone and online system to collect descriptions of lost and found items in multiple languages, translate them, and match descriptions to connect the individuals. The founders have registered patents for the idea in several countries. They provide details on marketing, operations, costs, and financing plans to launch the system across Europe and generate revenue from fees paid by those reporting lost items.
The document provides an overview of the Ambient Assisted Living Joint Programme (AAL JP). The AAL JP is a partnership between EU member states and the European Commission to fund research and development of information and communication technologies to help older adults and persons with disabilities live independently and be active. It aims to strengthen the European research area, create markets for compatible solutions, and include small and medium enterprises and end-users. Projects focus on developing tools, systems and services using ICT. The AAL JP is expected to provide over €600 million in funding between 2008-2013.
The document summarizes the Europe 2020 strategy and key EU funding programmes for 2014-2020. The Europe 2020 strategy has five headline targets for employment, R&D, climate change and energy, education, and poverty reduction. Major funding programmes include Horizon 2020 for research, Erasmus+ for education and job skills, and structural funds distributed to EU regions based on economic needs. Cohesion policy allocates over half of structural funds to less developed regions. Other programmes support sustainable growth, global development, security and citizenship, and EU administration.
How many young become entrepreneurs in Italy? Did you know that only 1/100 young with degree wants to become entrepreneurs, but With over 55,000 farms led by under-35s, Italy is at the top of the European Union for the presence of young people in agriculture?
The document is a market report on real estate investment in Spain from 2015. It summarizes that 2014 saw a large increase in commercial real estate investment in Spain as the economic recovery attracted many international investors. Offices and retail properties received over 70% of the investment. Yields continued to compress as demand grew, especially for prime properties in major cities. The positive economic forecasts and expectations of continued rental growth are expected to lead to similar investment levels in 2015 despite the lower yields.
The French government spends only 85 million Euros directly on tourism each year. However, this small investment yields enormous returns:
1) It generates 95 billion Euros in tourist expenditures, a return of over 1,000 times the initial investment.
2) It supports 1.8 million jobs in the tourism industry at a cost of just 47 Euros per job.
3) Tourism accounts for 6.3% of France's GDP but the government spends just 0.0003% of its budget on tourism.
The document argues that tourism provides far greater returns than other industries and merits more political and financial support from the French government.

3. AT THE END OF MAY 2012 THE PROJECT TEAM HAS CONDUCTED A SURVERY IN DIFERENT
SOCIAL NETWORKS AND ESTABLISHED IN APRIL 2012 THAT 2 137 OUT OF 10 000
SURVERY PARTICIPANTS LOST SOME OF THEIR BELONGINGS. THE RESEARCH HAS SHOWN
THAT 20% OF EUROPEAN RESIDENTS LOSE SOMETHING OF THEIR BELONGING MONTHLY!
IT WAS A REAL QUESTIONING AND THIS IS REAL RESULTS !
6. THE PROJECT IDEA HAS BEEN REGISTERED IN THE PATENT OFFICE IN GERMANY,
ENGLAND, ESTONIA IN SUMMER 2012.
ON THE BASIS OF THE MADE PATENT APPLICATIONS WITHIN 12 MONTHS IT IS
POSSIBLE TO APPLY FOR IP (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY) PROTECTION IN OTHER
COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD.
7. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BUSINESS IDEA
The business idea is based on the patented method of multilingual
search of lost and found items and presented in several telephone and
Internet formats . The result of the project implementation is the
establishment of the contact between the PERSON WHO LOST and the
PERSON WHO FOUND, even if they are speaking different languages .
The entire database with the lost and found items information is closed
from the general access.
The person who has lost something calls the paid phone number
(registration fee is 2 euro ) and describes the lost item.
The person who has found something calls the free phone number and
describes the found item.
The centre receives and translates all the messages into one language,
searches and matches them. If matches are found then the person who
lost something receives from the centre the contact details of the
person who found an item matching a description of the lost one.
At that stage the assistance of the centre ends and then the person
who lost something and the person who found it can continue their
communication independently and act as they wish in accordance with
the jurisdiction of their country.
14. FINANCIAL ATTRACTIVENESS OF THE BUSINESS IDEA
The research shows that amount of monthy lost items come to an average of
20% of the general large city population in the economically developed
European country.
SCEPTICALLY if we will not believe this number and call it
overestimated, deminish it by 1 % of the general megapolis
population of any European country then
In EU, lives 500 mln people, but only in Germany and France. England, Italy and Spain, each year
home to about one billion 1 000 000 000 tourists. : 12 month= 330 mln. Per month
So 500 mln + 330 mln = In EU, lives 830 mln monthly
then according to the 1 % rate of lost belongings there is 8 mln.
different people who come across with this problem on monthly basis, during
the year in the same region the neccessilty to seach for lost items in order to
return them on average occurs about
100 mln times.
The registration fee for the person who has lost own belongings is calculated
according the budget of the average EU citizen and will be from 1 to 3 euro.
8mln. registrations Х 2 euro = 16 mln. euro M O N T H L Y
100mln. registr Х 2 euro = 200 mln. euro E A R L Y
15. EU 500 MILLION + ANNUALLY 1 BILLION TOURISTS PER YEAR

22. RISK ANALYSIS OF THE BUSINESS IDEA
During the risk analysis in order to demonstrate the zero-risk nature and sustainability of
the project, let’s consider the most pessimistic facts - namely, let’s set the fee for
servicing each person who lost something to « 1 EURO, which is small
enough for a possibility to get back the lost item …» set
the regstration fee for the person who lost something - 1 EURO , which should
increase the amount of referrals eventhough it is against the logic.
we, on purpose, deminish the survey rate of montly lost items in EU
from 20% to just 0,5 % then
MONTHLY there is 4 mln. people get registered in the center,
and
YEARLY – 48 mln. lost items
Thus
4 mln. registrations Х 1 euro = 4 mln. euro - MONTHLY paid for

23. BUSINESS IDEA IS A NEW EFFECTIVE MECHANISM FOR SHARING AND EXCHANGING
MULTILINGUAL INFORMATION FOR RETURN OF LOSS BELONGINGS. IT IS A UNIQUE,
PROFITABLE AND LONG-TERM BUSINESS !
PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD ALWAYS LOST, ARE ALWAYS LOSING AND WILL ALWAYS
LOSE, THEIR THINGS AND THEY WILL ALWAYS TRY TO FIND AND GET BACK THEIR LOST
THINGS!
24. PATENT MONOPOLY OF THE BUSINESS IDEA
The project idea has been registered in the Patent Office in Germany,
England, Estonia in summer 2012.
On the basis of the made patent applications within 12 months it is
possible to apply for IP (Intellectual Property) protection in other
countries of the world.
The idea’s exclusive competitive advantage is fixed by the invention -
the centralized multilingual search method. Besides, the product is
service, which is new not only for regional business but also for the
entire global market. The author of the business idea becomes a
pioneer for new kind of consumer based services, which has been
longtime demanded by the potential consumers. Being a inventor, the
estonian company EuroDetective OÜ implements this business
idea and will create a new market place where it will hold innovation
monopoly by holding patents on newly invented methods for multilingual
searches.
We are open for mutually beneficial cooperation and partnership within
the framework of this business Project!
