Program Goal
Increase Heart Health in the Hispanic/Latino Community in Corvallis, Oregon
Impact Goal
By November 30, 2016, 75% of all community members who completed the Seeking Community
Resources workshop will sign up to use a community resource mentioned in the workshop.
Outcome Goals
By February 29, 2016, 100% of program volunteers from the Corvallis community will know how to
present the Seeking Community Resources workshop, will learn five strategies on how to promote the
workshop in the Corvallis Hispanic/Latino community, will know how to administer work shop sign ups
and pre and post workshop survey, and will know how to carry out the pre and post workshop survey.
