Yuchen Hua chose accounting as their major and lifelong career because they believe it is rewarding and their efforts will pay off over time. 5. • One reason I chose accounting as my undergraduate major and my lifelong career is that I believe it is
rewarding and all my efforts will pay off eventually. For me, it symbolizes the idea of lifelong learning and
keeps me positive and active in learning and improving myself.
• The other thing I find most attractive about accounting major is its close relation to practice. From my
perspective, I personally deem that accounting is more of a career-oriented major. The theoretical
knowledge learned in classes is intimately relevant to the daily work of an accountant, and the working
experience in return will expand my knowledge of this major.
