Arvinder Singh (Chairman and Managing Director) is the driving force behind
the affluent existence of Agranté. He has unmatched insight into what today’s consumers want and
his fervent yet humble approach has made him a name to reckon with amongst the finest real estate
developers and entrepreneurs in the country. Born and brought up in Bareilly, Arvinder started his
journey as an entrepreneur at a very young age. As a visionary who dreamt of a ‘better life’ for the
populace of his hometown, he has fanatically worked towards developing the understated towns of
North India at a faster pace to match global standards.
Ramesh Menon (CEO), a 1989 graduate from Delhi University, commenced his career
in the real estate industry in 2005. Prior to this, Ramesh had successful leadership stints in the
automobile, supply chain, telecom, consulting and publishing industries. He has worked in a host
of roles across business development, marketing communications and strategic consulting with
companies like Goodyear, MRF, BG, Longman and Ventura. Ramesh is also adept at distribution
development strategy and retail business management. With a vast experience of more than 18
years in the corporate world, he has been exposed to global business management practices, and
is a follower of the ‘six sigma way of life’.

Born and brought up in Bareilly, Arvinder started his journey as an entrepreneur at a very young age.
