making the film but maybe not as much as BBC
films which is why it was a second title.

the most importance in making the film. We know this
because it is the first title shown. They could’ve gained
most importance by putting a lot of money into making
the film or money into advertising the film.

In the opening two minutes of Billy Elliot there are two
titles which show who produced or put money into the
making of the film.
1)The opening title is Working title Films company
which had the most importance in making the film. We
know this because it is the first title shown. They
could’ve gained most importance by putting a lot of
money into making the film or money into advertising
the film. A difference with this film and Fish Tank is
that the titles are shown over the actual film instead of
separatly
2) The second title is the BBC Films. This is
completely different to fish tank as BBC films was
of most importance where as in Billy Elliot it is
second. This title may have been placed second
because BBC Film company may not have put as
much money into making the film or advertising.
4. Brassed Off
In the opening two minutes of Brassed Off there are
four titles which show who produced or put money
into the making of the film.
1)The opening title is Miramax Films company which
had the most importance in making the film. We know
this because it is the first title shown. They could’ve
gained most importance by putting a lot of money into
making the film or money into advertising the film. A
difference with this film and the others is that there
are four titles, this is a lot of different companies for
one film.

2) The second title is the Miramax Films and
Channel Four Films studio’s. This is completely
different to two the other two films as not only is
it channel four films but Miramax Films is shown
again, this shows that Miramax pout a lot of
money into creating this film and therefore have
more appearance in the titles.
