2. Reportorial Requirement

3.  A Quarterly Report shall be submitted to the DENR Secretary, copy furnish to
USec for Legal and Legislative Affairs and USec FO of the following:
1. Status Report of Cases-list of Administrative cases, their status and
recommendations
2. List of Seized and Confiscated Items
2.1 List of all items seized and detained pendente lite
2.2 List of temporarily released conveyances, recipients thereof,
conditions and amounts of bonds pertaining thereto
2.3 List of all confiscated items awaiting final disposition with
recommendations

4. 2.3.1 ITEMS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR DISPOSITION
-if the same is submitted to court as evidence
-recommended for the use of DENR for specified purpose or activity
-recommended for donation to charitable institution for use in connection with
humanitarian purpose or activity
2.3.2 ITEMS REQUIRING URGENT DISPOSITION (Separate List for Urgent
Disposition)
-highly perishable
-no adequate place for safekeeping is available
-continued detention of the item is impractical

5. They have to be submitted to the Undersecretary for
Field Operations without delay, and in any case within
forty-eight (48) hours from discovery of the urgent
nature of the circumstances.
Report to LTO by DENR is also required under Section
6 of JAO (DENR-DoTR) 2018-01, dated September 18,
2018-Guidelines in the Registration of Land
Conveyancespursuant to PD 705, as Amended, of all
apprehended and seized conveyance pending
administrative confiscation proceeding under DAO
1997-32 to avoid reuse and counterfeit of plate
numbers.

6. Section 12 Par (2) of DAO 1997-32-The disposition of items
administratively confiscated in favor of the Government
pursuant to these Rules shall be governed by the same
requirement rules of procedures applied by the DENR
Central Committee on Bids and Awards of the Office of the
Secretary. In this connection, the Central Committee shall
reproduce its requirements and rules of procedure for
adoption and strict compliance.
