This document describes two high yield investment options involving the purchase and sale of bank instruments to guarantee profits. Option 1 involves opening an account at a trader bank where the client directly signs trading contracts for a minimum investment of 1 million euros in cash. This guarantees returns from trading monetary transmission notes (MTNs). Option 2 uses Swift payment messages (MT-799 and MT-760) where the client's bank guarantees capital and the trader guarantees payment. The minimum investment is 5 million euros. The Private Placement Programs or High Yield Investment Programs, are private programs based on the purchase/sale of
bank financial instruments (mainly MTNs).These instruments are bought fresh-cut with a significant discount on their face
value to then be resold at a higher price in the secondary market. The difference between the sale price and the purchase
price is the trader/investors gain.
The trading operation is normally referred to as "controlled" or "managed" bank debenture trading because the supply side of
the financial instruments and the "exit buyer" for the financial instruments have already been pre-arranged, and the price of
the instruments already contracted for, thereby ensuring that the financial instruments will be sold to the stipulated "exit

the Doa and Codes to verify the DTC. The DOA must be completed , with all the details of the client and
the bank.The receiver is not a private company , is the SAME BANK- HSBC –London or HK. We can also
get Financial instruments directly from HSBC.
3.-We buy GOLD , directly from the Refinery in United Kindom. We buy only CIF-London.Second fixing,
less a 5% of discount.
