4. 400 km long on the east side.
200 km long beautiful sea shore.
8 Million Citizens , ¼ Arab Muslims,
¼ Orthodox Jews and the rest carry
them all.
Surrounded by 350 Million Arabs .
And housing the “West Bank” with 2
Million Palestinians in the middle.
And Gaza stripe with 250 Thousand
in the south west.

6. Israel is the ONLY unconstitutional Super
Democracy in the world !
It is unconstitutional since a constitution
was never formed in it’s 68 year of
existence, and today it is geopolitical
impossible.

7.  It is a Super Democracy because everything
and everyone is judge able.
 One Government out of 120 council
members in the Knesset elected out of 27
Parties.

8.  This law was formed in 1972 and it is totally
outdated and inadequate.
 It defines the Private Investigator (instead of the
private investigation) as “One who is obtaining or
gathering Information about others, as a service
for all, and not for scientific research or public
survey.”
 An Ethical Codex was written an accepted by the
Ministry of Justice in 2010.

9.  This is Simple 
One has to have 3 years of proven
internship within the past 6 , take
the examinations in the Ministry of
Justice. Be an Israeli Citizen with
“clean past”
 After another 5 Years of proven PI
work in PI agencies one can obtain
a license to head a PI agency.
 Only a PI agency is allowed to take
clients.

10. Having the experience of 8 years practice , the Israeli PI
Agency chief is very experienced in his work, it is as if he
had accomplished a “doctorate”.
But this does not make the Israeli PI an educated person,
therefore the Israeli Bureau of Private Investigators, (the
IBPI), is today striving to have an academic program to
enable PIs to add needed education to their vast experience.

11.  Be sure you approach a certified PI Agency
 Better deal with an Agency member in the IBPI
 Be sure you speak of the same terms in the
same language and do not use vague
terminology .
 Ask ands make clear of exactly what you need
and what you expect to get, and make it all in
writing.
