   Situation: Receive certificate from
    Centennial College for Pre-
    Business management.

   Task: Completed one year at
    Cetnennail college to earn
    certificate through vigorous
    learning and class studies

   Action: In order to earn my
    certificate, I had made a goal to
    achieve the best that I can do.
    Attended classes, completed my
    work and assignments on time, to
    achieve the best grades and
    graduate with certificate.

   Result: My hard work had earned
    me my certificate in Pre-Business
    and allowed me to reach one of my
    lifetime goals. (Like what I gain
    from)
   Situation: Earned work
    experience and completion of
    an pre-employment program
    at George Brown College

   Task: Did work as a collective
    agreement clerk. Looked over
    and processed agreements
    between ministry of labor and
    other companies.

   Action: Collected the bills of
    the companies and insured
    payments were made.

   Result: Learned more about
    different companies' polices
    and agreements.
   Situation: Awarded for having a
    perfect attendance.

   Task: To be on time every day.

   Action: I set a goal to be on time
    every day. To achieve this I would
    leave my house early every day in
    the morning

   Result: was able to start the day on
    time and ale to complete all the
    work on time.
   Situation : volunteering for soccer
    club and was appointed manger of
    sons soccer team

   Task: Was in charge of collecting
    money from players on time so
    they could bee enrolled in the
    league, have equipment and have
    jerseys to play in.

   Action: Made charts in order to
    stay on top of knowing who paid
    and who didn’t. Persistent in
    asking people for the fee well
    before the deadlines

   Result: this experience allowed me
    to fine tune my organization skills
    due to the fact that I had to stay
    organized to keep track of who
    paid and who didn’t.
   Situation: Leading a team of
    junior cheque pre-screeners

   Task: coached and assigned
    tasks to junior team members.

   Action: taught junior team
    members how to reach their
    quota at work.

   Result: was able to developed
    my leadership skills and
    developed my team work
    skills. Was also rewarded with
    a promotion.
